I'm new to the area and I needed to break three twenty's for a fifty and a ten...so I drove through the drive up window. I sat there for a good five minutes when a young lady came to the window. I explained politely what I needed. She asked if I had an account there and I said no.. why would I need an account to make an exchange. She said in case they needed to contact me if they made a mistake! B.S.! What a lack of service! I won't be opening an account there! Cheap bast*+ds
Never any issues. They're there when I need them.
If you can actually get someone to answer, they put you on hold or transfer you and in the end, you get disconnected. My boyfriend paid off his truck over a month ago, they claim the don't give receipts. Is that even legal!? They said their home office will send a receipt in like 10 to 14 business days. We got nothing nor can we get someone to answer the phone. Talk about bad business. Looks like a 4th hour long trip to Warsaw to get the run around some more.
Customer service is terrible they are rude and stuck up! As soon as our loan is taken care of we will NEVER go to them again!
If there are low ratings, it's because the people who left them are whiners or something. We love Community Wide. We've never had any issues with them. They are always pleasant. We've have a couple of loans through them. They're so much less rigid than other banks.
