This company sold a car to my mother. They wrote the expiration date on the paper plate and off she went.. all is well right???

WRONG.... they wrote the wrong expiration date on her tags & when she went to the BMV to get her tags they charged her a 45.00 dollar late fee. This dealership will now NOT reimburse my mother those funds stating it is her fault she went late!!! How is it HER fault that THEY wrote the wrong date on the paper tags THEY ISSUED???? Very very poor business management and even worse customer service....
