During a recent search for a vehicle, we looked at several dealerships, online, etc. One of the hardest parts of a car search experience can be the salesmen; pushy or not listening to what you really want. We looked at Warsaw Toyota at a few vehicles and dealt with Tony Blanchard each time. He has to be one of the most patient people I have ever met period, much less for a car salesman! Tony was very patient with us and was very knowledgeable about each car we test drove. We finally found a car we fell in love with and purchased the car from Tony. I would easily buy another car from Tony again. He and the staff at Warsaw Toyota made it a wonderful experience.
If you want good quality people and great customer service, stop in and see these guys !! They care about you and take pride in putting you in a vehicle you will love! Not too many people these days love their jobs like these guys do ! Have had a relation with Warsaw Toyota for 5 years now and have never visited a better group. I purchased a Prius and have been given super service ever since. No pressure comes...just excellent work. I also received great assistance in providing a Corolla for a college student who had no money. Finally, owner Dave I. humbly came to our ministry just to encourage many who needed it.
Scheduling was easy on line and with Nick following up of our scheduled appointment we new things were ready for us when we would arrive.
