Although it was a very long wait the staff if very friendly and helpful.
They fixed a flat for my wife for free, and we didn't even buy the tire there. Later I bought some tires for my truck, and once being a tire man myself, was impressed at the detailed procedure they had in installing the tires
I love this Discount Tire! I have purchased multiple sets of tires from them, and they make it as hassle free as possible. Everyone is super nice, the waiting area is comfortable and clean and they have free water and coffee while you wait.
Would be great...if they hadn't lied to us about having four of our tires in stock. My husband called and confirmed they had four and would hold them, and was at the store 20 minutes later and they only had three. Had to order the fourth, but never got a call when it came in. Had to call them, and it'd been in for a week. Otherwise, happy with the service and tires. Good prices.
