Went and had a remote start put on and less than 2weeks later found out it had a factory remote on it went back and they took it off and I agreed to pay labor they charged me 145.00 for the 15 or 20 minutes it took to take it off have since talked to 3 different places and they all said ziebart should have known and told me it had one on it but no they never even mentioned it. Was told to file a complaint with bbb I haven't done that yet if they don't want to do anything about it maybe corporate would like to do something about it oh yeah I also spent another 900.00 dollars there's when I had the remote on I think they just took advantage of a senior citizen talked to the owner last week and there was a miscommunication between myself and the employee but he said he would make it right so we will see what becomes of it I think they do excellent work and I will go back there in the future everything is good they took care of everything and I appreciate their actions onthis
Having recently bought my first truck that is very new, I wanted to be sure to protect it and preserve every bit of it for many years to come. I took it in to ziebart and ended up getting the full diamond gloss package. The rust proofing looks great and so does the diamond gloss. They also detailed the inside and it looks great. The quality of work was the best you're going to find without getting absolute showroom style detailing. They made my truck look great and I now feel very confident in the longevity of my truck and it remaining rust free and looking great altogether. Ziebart also puts guarantees on just about everything they do and promise to replace/fix any damage that occurs that should have been prevented (with it being properly maintained annually). This makes me feel that much more comfortable having them work on my truck. The customer service was great and they've been able to answer any and all questions and provide good information on anything. The only downside and the only thing stopping me from giving a full 5 star rating is the annoying promotional calls. They called me 2 different times trying to sell me extra services and giving me super long pitches on their service and why I need it. To an extent it does make me feel good becuase they are offering me these services only becuase my truck could actually benefit from them and they want me to know that they are available. However long phone calls in the middle of the day are not the way to do it. Offer the extra services up front. When I schedule an appointment I expect it to just get done and come in and pay what I was anticipating paying. Not having to worry about a phone call coming in and having to tell someone over and over "no" I don't want to spend extra money right now. The sales pitch phone calls definitely make me feel like they're forcing my hand (even though it is my choice in the end). They should focus more on making me feel like they just want what's best for my truck AND my budget and not just selling more and more services. Continue on with the quality care and service and helpful information and definitely make sure customers know all the services available, just avoid the aggressive sales tactics. Overall very happy with the service and will be back for more! Thanks Ziebart!

Staff is great and very knowledgeable. Had Diamond Gloss, rust proofing, window tinting and the inside upholstery treated on our VW Jetta. Plan on keeping this car for a long time so wanted it done right. The team did an awesome job! Would highly recommend to anyone!
I purchased my first every new car.. with winter coming I had to have a remote start.. these guys hit it out of the park with that.. then offered me a good deal on a protection package.. yep I took it.. money well spent.. great job guys
