The uniforms are always clean and in good shape. The big difference is the driver we get great service from him and is very friendly. He always seems to go the extra mile to help.
Best uniform service ever! I've had bad experiences with other uniform companies lying about contracts and raising prices all while never giving the service they promised. I was starting to think they were all the same until I started using Wildman. They are upfront about all their charges and put you in a program that make sense for you not that makes the salesperson the most commission. If I need something they are quick to respond. My money stays in Indiana and I can worry about doing my job not managing a uniform program, Wildman does it for me!!
I CANT TELL YOU HOW GREAT THIS COMPANY IS. THE LAUNDRY SERVICE THAT THEY HAVE BEEN ABLE TO PROVIDE MY RESTAURANT IS UNBEATABLE. NOT ONLY HAVE THEY BEEN ABLE TO CUT COSTS, BUT PROVIDE A HIGH LEVEL QUALITY OF SERVICE. WHENEVER I NEED SOMETHING, I GET A RESPONSE THE SAME DAY. FAMILY OWNED AND INDIANA BASED COMPANY. NO NEED TO SAY MORE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!
Poor service! My husband's company Bob Thomas Ford West uses this service, he has shirts that have flaws in fabric (before it was manufactured) and can not get shirt replaced. Driver that delivers uniforms never has special form to fill out for repairs. Buttons come up missing when laundered but never get replaced. The person pressing these uniforms surely see this but never repairs it. Is there no inspection of these uniforms after pressing. He had a button missing for weeks on his pants and could get it replaced.
We now works 5 days but only has 3 uniforms, and when one is unwearable this is a real problem.
Best uniform rental company that exists. They have comfortable uniforms, provide the best image, respond quickly to all of my needs, and deliver everything on time. They come highly recommended!
