They have a beautiful website but did not respond to either of my emails requesting general information. I am a bit hearing impaired so a telephone inquiry was not possible or practical for me.
i get that they deal with bad stuff every day, but they can be very rude and inconsiderate of a persons personal fears and issues. i have a major fear of dentists after having a bad history with one when i was a kid (the visit ruined my teeth for life) and i have had several other rough and mean dentists. After listening to tooth replacement options like a bridge, i shut down after listening to him describe a method involving placing a screw into my jaw. my mom usually does the talking because shes paying and understands more of it than i do so i let her talk. i was already crying and he said "well when you decide to be a grown up and have an adult conversation we can talk" and he continued to say i needed to grow up and i was being a child and that he wasnt going to help me until i grew up. i have never been more humiliated, i left in tears. We set an appointment there for the tooth pull (never went because i didnt want that man near my teeth) and then a few weeks later we got the bill for the tooth pull that never happened. they billed us for the pull and the numbing gas. they never even touched my tooth within the time i used their service. due to the rudeness and false billing, i will never ever go back again.
Surgery went well and no issues with anything.
