Desk girl is super nice and helpful. Nurse is ok but very unfriendly. Doctor doing DOT physical doesn't know the rules, made me out as a liar and wasted a ton of my money and time for tests I didn't need. I'll never set foot in there again
If you don't need medical intervention for a severe emergency, use Physicians Urgent Care in Warsaw. This place truly understands how to serve the patient with kindness and compassion. They are great!
This place is a joke. Wait to be seen by someone for hours when the place is empty. I hate to see what it is like busy. They sit in the back chit chatting, laughing having a good time. Doing everything but taking care of patients and getting them out of there in a timely manner. This must be the place Dr's and nurses go when they barely can pass school and no one else wants to hire them.
Everyone there was nice and professional. I wouldn't change a thing, they were all so nice to me and made me feel taken care of. The elderly Lady that was coming in as I was leaving also got excellent treatment. I over heard the staff speaking very kindly and clearly to her. It's a place where they actually care about the patients.
