I can’t say enough good about this place. I have been going here for years and love it! All the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I see Dr. Reinholt and he is always on schedule and great at giving feedback during your eye exam. He is such a nice guy and makes you very comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better experience or service.
My appointment with Dr. Mitch Reinholt was wonderful. He told me what he was looking for with each part of his exam step by step. He made me feel so much at ease. The staff was very welcoming. I definitely would recommend Thallemer Vision Care to all my friends. I know I will be going back for my yearly exam in 2017!!!!
1stt time going there. Love the prices after checking 3 places locally.my out of pocket for frames an glasses were cheaper than frames at other places. The staff were very helpful, courteous, they listen, don't push, pretty good selection of frames. I hope this will save people time in looking around town. Check this place out ,1st. I can't say anything about the Dr., or eye exam as I already had my prescription, so that's all I can comment on. Ordering my glasses today. Will rate later on time or how fast I get them. Gotta consider the holidays will be a bit of problem, then the fit and glasses.
I have never had a bad experience at Thallemer's. Whenever I have needed an adjustment or my glasses have broken, I have always had someone assist me in resolving my problem. The staff is always friendly and take the time to answer my questions and even recommend what frames look good for me when my wife can't be there.
Dr. Rachel Johnson is kind and thorough...Always a "feel good" experience! The entire team makes your visit pleasant.
