We had nothing but a wonderful experience at Warsaw Meadows with my grandpa. They took wonderful care of him in the couple months he resided there. They were so understanding and caring to my family as our grandpa left this earth. The nurses were so very sweet, helpful, kind, and always wanted to make sure we were well taken care of. They did a wonderful job with care for Grandpa. We never had any problems and have nothing but rave reviews.
Worst nursing home ever. Please do not send your loved one here. The staff is horrible. The DON is very rude and does not care about her job. The residents smell and are not taken care of. There are a few nurses and aides that do there job but i ran into a nurse named Taylor Patton and she almost killed my dad by giving him a wrong med. The nursing home is nasty. Plain nasty. please choose another home for your family.
