Newly pregnant here! Called to schedule my first OB appointment and the office staff and doctors were wonderful!They worked with my schedule to fit me it. Great place with even better doctors!!!
Had a great experience here. No complaints. All the doctors and nurses. A couple of the front desk ladies were rude everytime, that is the reason I'm not giving 5 stars.
The only reason I am giving this place a star at all is because of Sarah Bailey. She was the first doctor that worked with me. She was sensitive to the problems I had and truly cared about helping me as much as she could. Things really went down hill when she had to refer me to Dr. Ryser. Dr.Ryser was rude, insensitive and did not want to do the necessary test to find the root of my problem. I was concerned that I had PCOS and she refused to do an ultrasound and wanted to put me on a diabetic medicine called Metformin- which lowers your blood sugar(I already struggled with low blood sugar so it would probably do more harm than good) to manage it. The office staff are rude and most of the time too busy on their phones texting and getting on Facebook to answer the office phone. I had the hardest time trying to get in touch with anyone there. They never returned my phone calls even though I left several messages needing to talk to someone.
I agree this office staff is rude and unprofesdional on the phone. I just called this office to get my mamo records sent to me and the person hung up the phone before I was done talking. Unprofessional
Dr. Cook delivered my 2nd child. The group has taken care of me for years. I trust them with my life!
