We had to take our daughter here. The staff were very professional and thurl. Highly recommend.
Took my wife into the ER for her lower spine and right hip being buldged out and discolored and in severe pain. The ER P.a. Trotter and the xray tech were very rude and when they took my wife for an xray of her hip and spine the xray tech just yanked the blanket that my wife was laying on instead of just asking her to move her body on her own due to the injury to her lower spine and hip which made her hurt worse. There unprofessional manners made me realize I would not take my family back there again. I would rather make the longer drive to Ft Wayne
I had to pick my daughter up from having work done in the ER she is an adult and was with her adult boyfriend. They made me come to the room she was in before they would release her. The problem (i am disabled) was the boyfriend had to bring a wheelchair to the car wheel me in the room then wheel me back i still don't understand. why they would have to have some one come in to drive them home. The nurse said there policy?
Awesome facility, the nurses saw us right away and were very friendly.
Great care from everyone at Parkview Warsaw. I have had many dealing with Lab and radiology and could not have had a better group of people to work with. Nice to have Parkview in Warsaw.
