Worst bmv experience I've had. Had to come in multiple times and each time they told us they wanted us to bring something different. Later after providing what was asked, they failed to notify us when the paper we were waiting on had been mailed to them. Then had to re request it and wait weeks more. I'm glad I will no longer have to go there.
Felt compelled to write this review for the stellar service at this BMV branch. Employees are polite and efficient. Short wait times. Best DMV/BMV I've ever visited.
Just awful experience, neither women that "helped" me never wanted to actually fix or help the problem, even when it's their fault!! And I guarantee they lady who was the cause of this will not be properly talked or showed how to avoid it this problem with other paying customers. Goood joke Warsaw
Fast service. Friendly staff. 15 years ago those statements never would have been associated with the DMV.
I just moved to the area and was nervous about good night to a new license branch. I was helped immediately upon entering and Debbie was great at her job. She was efficient and she smiled. Great job Warsaw!
