Lived here for a year with two other roommates. The apartment was falling apart, the toilets were broken, the ceiling was peeling down and the drawers in the kitchen fall out every time you open them. The worst part about it was it took the maintenance weeks to fix anything. They would promise to come on one date and show up 2 weeks later. We also didn't get our security deposit back because we didn't get them a 30 day notice we were moving out when our lease was only a year. Just beware about that one because it is in the contract, but they do not mention a word about it the rest of the time. Shady way to take a security deposit.... All in all you can find plenty of better places to live in Warsaw besides Orchard Ridge so don't live here.

I lived at Orchard Ridge for 3 1/2 years. I loved it! The management team is wonderful! They take excellent care of the grounds. With the snow pounding down in 2013 and 2014, the groundskeeper was out there dawn to dusk plowing and making sure the sidewalks were salted. In the summertime, they always had the grass freshly cut each week, and the landscape trimmed. Anytime I had an issue with the apartment (which was not very often), the manager was there within 5 min of my call. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. And the pet friendly apartments and walkways were perfect for me and my two shi tzus.
