The beast is the largest best pizza I have ever ordered.
Have been doing business with them as long as they have been in Warsaw, but find that they overcharge frequently. They would rather you NOT order at all, rather than tell you about a coupon offer. I called them, they quoted me a price for delivery of a large pizza, it was more than I was willing to pay for one pizza, so I cancelled it, then I go online and find a standing coupon good until 12/30/2010 for a 5 item large pizza for 3.00 less than they quoted. I call again, and tell them about the standing coupon and he said, well if you don't tell us about the coupon, then we are not going to mention any coupon deal. The last time I ordered I stopped in and ordered, paid them and when I got home could not figure out why it was $2.00 more than it should have been according to their prices on their little menu. I didn't go back to try and get my money, but it does create a mistrust of them. Their pizza is good, you just have to know what their prices are and make sure you pay what you are supposed to pay!
I am a regular customer to this specific location. All of the adult staff is very kind, respectful, caring of the customers, patient, they really deliver that 'by-the-book' customer service. A couple of the employees that work day shift, always go out of they're way to make sure you have everything you need and that you are happy with your order, etc. Food is always great. It's a great place to go.
They have good an hot food.
I just thought about being able to give reviews on restaurant's and businesses alike. I have been very supportive of our local Snappy tomatoes. I enjoy eating their hot Pizza's and Hoagies everytime I order one for delivery. Well for the first time I actually have a complaint about my service I received this morning. I called and ordered my Pizza and Hoagie at 10:36, everything was going well besides the woman on the phone taking my order being a little rude after I completed my order. The woman very rudely and with just a slight hint of sass stated that her driver wldnt be there until 11 an I wld not receive my delivery until 11:45. I can understand the driver arriving at 11 that's ok but why will it take another 45 mins for him to get to me. The only thing I can guess is they will not start cooking my food until the driver gets there. Why not have it ready and when the driver arrives give the order over and send them out the door. Then it wld arrive at 11:15 or so...
