Liers and cheaters. They will not listen to you and just give you reasons for any problems occur. They can go to any extent for their business. They will make you listen new story every time you talk to them.
I love living here! Close to everything I need in Warsaw. Really close to 15 and 30, short drive Goshen and Fort Wayne. The apartments are clean and well kept. Maintenece is very timely and always fix everything that day. Managment are very helpfull and extremely nice. The parks are well maintained as well as the pool and clubhouse. Only downfall is finding a parking spot. Spots fill up quickly, especially on the weekends.
Have been waiting over a month for internet to be installed and no one in the office seems to care. Way overpriced for an apartment with such poorly patched walls and old beat up appliances. Save your money and look elsewhere.
If you plan to move in here. Keep in mind the one and only internet connection provider here is super slow. That being said the apartment facilities are decent with good property management but with thin wall apartments.
