My feature sister in law and her kids live their. They are being evicted because my brother was paying rent and he's a convicted felon that's almost 10 years old. I just called I have a felony that is almost 5 years old. Tom answered he said come see me in February I can help u out. My sister in laws mom was just told by tom that if she went their to help move or get the kids she would be trespasses. They discrimate against people. Her A.C. was broke during the summer and it leaked their carpet is ruined he didnt fix anything. This is bullcrap. This place is a joke.
My mother my brother and myself lived there for several years.Worst place I have ever lived! Management was a joke! "" 2 times a year inspections.."" Try 3 time a month EVERY month... Reported several maintenance issues ... Never fixed! Then when there ''INSPECTIONS""" they charge you for there faulty plumbing issues from upstairs neighbors.... Had her washing machine leak several times into our apartment down the walls on to our rugs. WE GOT FINED FOR! teen aged girls taking boys behind buildings. caught doing sex acts.Neighbors dogs leaving there lil ''gifts'' in our yard along with cigarette butts .parking is a joke... Neighbors blasting loud music all hours . Soo much so that it rattles walls and windows! Reported several times ... There 2nd management person was a royal piece of work! NO empathy no compassion..for anyone! for people who are trying to get by get to work and spend time with family .... If you want a nice place to live DON"T MOVE HERE! nothing but drama , drugs, horrible management! I only gave this a 1 star but it wont let you publish any post until you hit at least 1 star .. But I give this a big fat.... 0 WORST PLACE EVER! Your better off living in a cardboard box! Herman , Kettle property's is just as much of a farce as the management is!
This place is a joke! If I could rate a zero I would. The neighbors are rude. Our neighbor pounds on the wall from around 6pm-1am every night and I have called NUMOURS times to complain and explain I get up at 3am for work. I have not once gotten a call back nor have they stopped the pounding so I know they haven’t been talked to about it. Have also made numours complains about how people park, parking in handicap spots when they aren’t handicap they are just to lazy walk, and parking over the yellow line so I have to climb in my car through the passenger side. We had to fix a car tire and got told we can’t fix it, but our neighbor can get away with everything. I have called numours times leaving messages to call me about issues and NEVER got a phone call back. The older maintenance guy was in the apartment doing inspections and asked if something needed fix, we told him our outlets and he said he’d be back tomorrow to fix them... he never did. Worst experience I have ever had with a place.
I have been banned from here for ridding my bike at night and i had reflections on it and a no trust passing put on me. My family lives here and i cant even see them now and their maintenance sucks they don't do anything for you u can ask them over and over to do it like a friends do she texts me all the time saying their maintenance guy sucks they don't do there job and now I am sleeping on the streets out in the cold with asthma and other health problems they don't care about no one they need to hire new people for the office and maintenance people that will do there jobs better and do it when they have time
I feel our new property manager (Tom) is a joke. Apparently he has worked here before and have heard multiple reasons why women would not want him working here again yet here we are. We will not be renewing our lease due to him and him alone. I'm not the only one in our community that feel this way. And to the fact that not one of the complaints that have been emailed to Kittle and Herman property's have been acknowledged shows lack of concern even through hire management. The guy is rude and very awkward with women. I could go on yet have already wasted enough time complaining with no response as well as to the harassment I've received from him since!! I will seek legal advise from here on out utilizing my tenant rights and the lease agreement I have signed. Sorry for the poor review yet something should be done!!
