Teachers communicate regularly with parents and weekly newsletters are given out to students/parents for all grades. Parents have online access to their children's progress, along with access to faculty and administrative staff (they are all responsive to questions/concerns).
Athletic offerings are excellent, as well as extra curricular activities. Parents are encouraged (but not required) to get involved, and many do as teacher helpers, office assistants, or any of many other volunteer roles.
Warsaw Christian School is truly a gem in our community. We are so thankful for the family atmosphere and blessing of a genuinely caring staff. Our children are taught that God is the Creator of all and the Author of every subject. The Lordship of Christ is woven into every aspect of the school day.
I have truly enjoyed teaching and serving as part of the staff of WCS since 2010. It is a joy to watch faith and learning merge, to form partnerships with parents in pointing children to Christ and to daily be able to share God's Word with children. I am excited to send my own children here in a few years.
I love this school! It is a school that is grounded in the God's word in every subject, in and out of the classrooms. I love how it is academically getting stronger each year and the needs of my children are being met and stretched. I love how my kids are able to live out their faith in their very own classrooms as well as outside the doors. The fact that the school is lead by God's standards gives me a lot of peace as I send my children off to school each day.
The school has great offerings that follow Biblical principles, and offer students a chance to learn and grow in ways not possible in a public school. I know I do not have to worry about my kids while they atten
Both of my children attended. (K-6 for oldest, youngest is going into 5th there.)
We've been very happy with the experiences our children have had there. The teaching staff are fantastic and have been a positive influence on both kids. The classes are challenging and on par with or better than public school offerings.
