Nonexistent customer service, and they never have anything in stock that they advertise for sale. Might as well drive to Columbia City if you want something, as it's much more likely they'll have what you are looking for.
Horrible service. I tried to buy (another pair of the same sweats I have) a pair of sweats and they wouldn't give me full credit back?! Don't even get me started on how dirty the place is. We should have a Dick's in Warsaw. It'd be better service, and better selection.
Horrible store. Staff is terrible. Selection is bad. Shoes cost more here than at Meijer for the same brand. Meijer has the current model and is 25% less! Customer service does not exist in this store. The last time I waited for help, I left after nearly 45 minutes without even seeing anyone at the front register. They've lost all my business forever.
Same thing others are saying, bad customer service. Wish I would have read the reviews before trying to shop there. I'm suspicious of the 4 and 5 star reviews, pretty sure they were written by employees. ;)
Not a very big fan of Dunham's. It is nice to have a sports store local but I try to plan to where I can just wait until I'm in Fort Wayne and can visit Dick's. Customer service is horrible and prices are higher than Dick's in Fort Wayne. Reminds me of the up charge convenience stores in gas stations have.
