We rented a vehicle from them and while on the road the car would not start. Staff at the rental office made absolutely no attempts to make calls for a replacement vehicle. We were just stuck without a vehicle for the week and it was up to us to try to find another vehicle!! I will never rent a vehicle from this office!!
