People are very friendly, helpful, and will do anything to please. Just wish the people renting their cars were as courteous. We really needed a car that had not been smoked it, but because of the discourteous prior renters, no cars were available that fit our criteria. We took what we could get, and this location was great in trying to make it right by us. We'd use this Enterprise again!!!
From the first visit as we explored options for a vehicle for a roadtrip with six adults for vacation, to the follow-up calls after our journey, we had excellent service from the Warsaw team! The vehicle was exactly what we needed, it performed reliably, and we knew we were in good hands. The follow-up call shortly into our trip, and another after we turned the vehicle back in, were greatly appreciated - and rare in this day.
