Joe was awesome when I called for an appointment to fix my loud muffler. Got there, attended to me, even though I was a little late (very new in town). Found out that that he could just fix my car without having to change anything. Yes, he fixed it within minutes!
Not many of them out there with professional sincerity!
The point is that he could afford to keep scrambling for what'snot and bring a huge charge but no,, he did not. He did it free even when I could not have known what he did even if he was going to pretend that he changed a part!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I drove up. I was pleasantly surprised! I called Joe (owner) after I had gotten a quote for a muffler fix from Monroe. Joe told me to show up at 4:00. When I showed up he immediately had the car on the lift. A quick (less than 2 minutes) estimate from him saved me more than $350 and I was in, car fixed, and out in half the time it took for a Monroe Muffler attendant to surface from their empty garage backroom. Joe was pleasant and informative. The whole experience was good. I'm definitely going back.
