They made a retainer for me to replace my old one and it didn't fit. It was a new hire that was the person that made the mold and they told me that it was her first mold and that is why it didn't come out, because she did it alone with no assistance. They refused to make a new mold and instead spent a hour and a half trying to file it down so that it would fit. This was after an hour wait in the waiting room even though I was the first appointment of the day. The retainer wouldn't fit without applying a lot of pressure (painful) and would only fit one side at a time. They told me that it would loosen if I wore it all day for a couple days and to call if it didn't, I called and they told me that since I left with it, they wouldn't do any work on it and I would have to pay for a new one. I found it ridiculous that they told me to leave and see if it would loosen and then to call them in a few days only to tell me that since I left with it they wouldn't do any more work on it when they obviously knew that it wouldn't fit. They then tried to schedule me for another appointment to remake the mold they ruined the first time. I will obviously not be returning to get another mold, because if they ruin that one too I will be stuck with two retainers that don't fit and end up going somewhere else any way.
I've been here twice now to have my permanent retainer rebonded. I was in Warsaw for college and 3 hours from home whenever my retainer broke. My orthodontist back home wouldn't really work with my college schedule to fit me in. So, I gave them a call and they wanted to get me in right away! I was afraid they wouldn't want to take me since they didn't do my braces or retainer. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming and I felt that they did a better, more thorough job than my orthodontist back home. I am very impressed and very thankful for all their help!
