The woman in the store did not want to help me when I asked questions about the beds. I was looking to purchase a entire new bed and left feeling as if I did not rate. Went to Mattressfirm and was treated great and spent over $4500. Guess she should not judge by what she "thinks" is too much to spend.
Five stars because Fred is hilarious! Seriously though, I would trademark his laugh. I bet that laugh has sold more carpet than new puppies. Always a riot.
We have purchased most of our homes flooring from Brouwer;s. Recently though I would not recommend ANYONE to them. I am still currently waiting on a schedule date for a bathroom floor to be installed. I have paid for it and have repeatedly called to get the measurements done and to schedule it being installed. Brouwer's has only called me once and it was on the Saturday of a holiday weekend. After a two week run around we are cancelling and going to take our business elsewhere.
This store is great! We have had great service every time we go in! The have tons of affordable options. They stock a number of different carpet options and have a large selection of remnants. They even remembered my name when I came back!
