Always appreciate their prompt response and high quality of service. I'm a home saver member which has come in hande many times.
They took care with my installation, they took care with my landscaping, floors and walls. I am grateful for that. I wanted to do less work and a cheaper job but it wasn't in my best long term interest. They were honest about that and gave me several options to choose from. Nice Job. I bought both a furnace and air conditioner.
Do not use this company. Improperly repaired our furnace, and charged for services I didn't ask for. Repair failed within 24 hours, luckily it didn't cause a fire. I called someone else to fix their repair and didn't have them replace the furnace like they "recommended". Owner and manager were extremely unprofessional and tried to bully my wife, and I quote, "we won't do anything for you unless you buy a new furnace from us".
Lessons learned;
3. I should have taken them to small claims court.
1. Always get a second opinion.
2. Don't pay for services on the spot, then you have no leverage for shoddy repairs.
