Staff is normally friendly. I feel like sometimes the store is a maze and hard to find what I am looking for. Typically after receiving help I can still get what I need. Just wish it were easier to find.
Ace Hardware is the epitome of small town service. Unlike the "big box" stores, the staff is knowledgeable and super-friendly. Personal customer service is rapidly diminishing in our fast-paced world but you can still find it here. They never fail to deliver first rate service with a smile. Thank you Ace for treating me like a customer and not like an inconvenience.

We love our Ace Hardware. What I don't care for is there garden department. My husband bought me a plant there 3 years ago with mealy bugs. I have then lost many plants because of this issue. The reason I am writing the review now is because I stopped in today, and low and behold many plants infested with mealy bugs. So sad!! Do not buy your plants at Ace! Love the staff and store in general, but people need to know about the garden area!! It needs a make over, big time!!
