Staff at the store have been completing various projects for us for several years. Our last request was for two elephants that were reduced in size from the original items. The elephants represent a specific recent family event. An unbelievable job was done. Our daughter's hand writing was reproduced on the back of one item. Members of the Bowes family and the rest of the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. If anyone has a special project/request check with Ben or Jim.
The employees are wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. There is a wide variety of jewelry here and they are very quick and skilled! I was blown away by the difference compared to my ‘old’ jeweler in Fort Wayne. Highly recommend!!! Kayla is a joy to work with.
