Never want to shop at here again. They only have one size of ring in the store, which is fine, but if you need a different size they will size it, but you have to pay unless you get the warranty. I would have bought the warranty, but since they didn't even care to help me if I didn't get the warranty, I won't be using them again.
I dislike jewelry stores right off the bat with their insanity marked up bull. This one in particular though I will never be back to. You can tell right off the bat their staff works off comision mainly. They attack you as soon as you walk in the door even if you let them know you just want to look around. They came back to us, and interrupted us at least 6 times in a matter of 10 mins. They are the definition of pushy salesmen
Always very friendly...been paying on our wedding rings for nearly 2 years now with no complaints. I've actually made a couple of purchases during that time. Thanks for the anniversary idea!!! And help getting it here from Georgia so quickly!!! :-)
Always helpful the minute I walk in the door. I get all the attention I need. Always helpful with all my questions. Always going to go there to get all my jewelry.
