I scheduled a Friday AM drop off and afternoon same day pick up. It was not ready in the afternoon so we agreed on saturday 10 AM. I showed up at 9:55 on sat and waited. At 10:10 I called and he sent me to VM. I called 4 times and every time sent to VM from 10:10 to 10:15. I had my ride waiting for me so I texted that I had to go and would pick it up Monday. He immediately texted back ok. I went Monday to get it and it was wet inside. Wet!. Fastbforward 10 says later and still wet. I found a Spanish CD in my radio and my cd was missing. I went back to get my cd and he gave me mine back scratched. After 9th day of it not dyrying I took it upon myself to get the water out. I looked under the seats and the were not clean under there (hair and debris).I took it back about the water, dirt and scratched CD and the owner said there was nothing he can do and If I wanted to sue him in court go for it He is unprofessional and unreliable. I could have done the job he did for 20 quarters and an hour at the car wash. Disappointed
