Great service and low rates. I can't imagine anyone giving them a bad rating. They probably don't like anything.
Had a tree fall on the power lines last night. The crew was on the scene immediately, removed the tree and restored power in just a couple hours! With NIPSCO We were always down for days. REMC is also about half as much as NIPSCO.
Perfect day except some rain power out for hours and still off our circuits around our homes go off if you sneezed to hard
Outage in the early morning hours, in freezing temps...not good. A quick call and a crew is on site promptly, to find and repair service. Can't thank you enough!
