Excellent food and service is always the BEST!! Katie was phenomenal! And Michael is always phenomenal as well! Keeps me coming back! Thank you for ALWAYS being top notch in customer service! MERRY CHRISTMAS!
When it's good it's great, their new steaks are much better quality. Unfortunately too many times it's very slow and food is mediocre. Their half price appetizers are a great deal when they offer them! If it was more consistent it would be 5 stars.
It was awful! We waited for over an hour and 15 minutes to receive our food. My mom’s food had CARDBOARD piece in it! I ordered the chicken Mac n cheese...it was all sweet sauce, spicy and no cheese. Our waitress was slower than molasses, and when she split the checks she ended up charging my parents card for my brothers meal and my brother for my parents meal!!

It may be a chain restaurant, but it's still run and staffed by local people that want to make sure their customers are happy and enjoying their meal/surroundings.
It started great. Waitress was good. Salad was good. entries looked good, we both ordered our steaks medium. They weren't! Mine was well done my wife's was rare. It was when we took our first bite and we looked at each other with disgust, they were both like shoe leather. For a $50 lunch it was below par for sure. Other than the tuff under and over cooked steak it would have been enjoyable . We will not be going back anytime soon.
I'm upping my 4 stars to 5 stars simply because of the way the manager (Michael) and our waitress handled us receiving an incorrect carryout order 2-3 weeks ago. I genuinely appreciated his sincere apology and his willingness to go above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience.
