The service here is always very helpful. They do their best to provide efficient, accurate, and time-sensitive service. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 is having an issue where an employee told me they would do something that they didn't follow through on, but it was quickly corrected by another employee.
Tonight, I went there to add an iPad to my account. Les was PHENOMENAL. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this store and it's staff to anyone!
I love going in here, the Frontage Road location in Warsaw. These guys and gals are great, they are always happy to answer any questions I might have or help switch service to a new phone, questions about my account, etc. So knowledgeable, friendly, and so professional! ZERO complaints. Been with verizon since 2000, and this is why :)
Just seemed like the floor sales staff didn't want to talk to you unless you were going to buy something. I understand they are make commission but what happened to customer service?
My experience with this Verizon store has been tremendous. Last week I was there to upgrade my phone. I told them what I wanted, the sales rep went and got it, and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Didn't try selling me things I didn't want, didn't waste my time. Overall a very smooth transaction.
Customer service needs improved. They were visiting with friends and did not acknowledge that we were there. Waited on other people before us that came in after us.
