Their installation crew was courteous and didn't scratch the newly painted walls and baseboards. They were fast and everything looked very nice. When we found an imperfection he had someone out that week to fix it.
Seth was awesome! He helped us decide what would be the best investment for our home while considering what he could give the best deals on. On top of selling carpet he provided tons of advice for refinishing our old wood floors.
We were looking for a mid-grade carpet or laminate. The salesmen here was high-strung and couldn't sell their product without speaking poorly about other products. I do believe they have high quality products but the price tag was too high for us. Unless your really looking to invest it doesn't seem like they are willing to help you.
