Wow. If I could give zero stars, I would. I signed a contract with this company in May 2017 to have my business's parking lot repaved. Between May and October I called 4 times and was told I was "on the list" of jobs. Finally after a call in October, I was told my job would be done on a specific date. No one ever came or called to say they weren't coming. Never once did anyone call me to arrange anything. I called to discuss this with the owner. Was told Darwin would call within 2 days to discuss it. Gave him 3, never called. Absolutely undependable. If this is how they run a business, I don't know how they are still open.
We had Ranger Materials remove asphalt and install new. The lines afterword were painted better than our expectations. The lead guy on the job was so friendly and knowledgeable. He was well informed with information Doug and I discussed on what needed to be done. They all work diligently to complete my requests!
They resurfaced our drive-way and parking lot for our office. They did a great job! This was not the first time we worked with them!
First job they did turned out fine, on time and per quote. This last time we could not get them to come out. After 8 months of promises and our parking lot deteriorating, we had to cancel. We gave the job to another company. Several promises, no follow through.
They do an excellent job. I will have them back to do more work. They did everything they needed to do on time. Doug was so nice and friendly about everything.
