The staff left us waiting at the window for 10 minutes before asking for our payment or even acknowledging us. When I commented on this to the shift manager she rudely remarked that i could come make my own food if I mind a wait. When I asked for her manager's contact info she told me to f*** off. There were only 2 cars besides our own and 2 families inside. There was no reason for a delay that we could see while the shift manager and a coworker stood around on their phones. I worked fast food in highschool and I could never imagine such a pathetic display of work ethic and customer service.
Fast service and inexpensive lunch options. They have several $5 lunch combos. (Double cheeseburger, spicy chicken sandwich, fries, cookie and drink.. for $5)
Ordered a chicken fillet biscuit at 8am and my biscuit was hard and my chicken was absolutely terrible! NON EDIBLE.... Chicken was burnt and OLD & RUBBERY! I called to tell Manager and she didn't really care. Wasn't very sympathetic and just said sorry we can give u a refund! Completely a waste of time stopping there..

We often stop at the Warsaw Hardees, Good food, much better burgers than Mcdonalds! Also Great service! Keep it up. P.S. Some of the negative reviews listed below aren't even spelled correctly, like l would take their word for Gospel!!
