Waited 25 minutes with one person in front of me because they had only one person running the front, ringing up orders AND making the order. Tables were dirty and the employees.... ALL need to learn some standards on personal hygiene and professionalism when it comes to a work uniform. Or the Manager needs to enforce some higher standards. Standing there waiting, I was able to see employees that looked unclean with dirty wrinkly shirts that were untucked. Also if you have a male with long hair working there, he needs to be wearing a hair net also. I was so disgusted when I left and told my husband, we couldn't even eat our food. Disgusting. New standards or new employees.
This Wendy's has good food but he wait is usually a while and the customer service isn't very friendly.
Very disgusting place. The food is good if you go through the drive thru because you don't see what's going on behind the counter. While ordering food, the cashier was scratching her head several times and biting her nails; she was also handling our food. Right when we walked we saw the trash cans were actually overflowing, not exaggerating. The people had to continue to stack their trash up even higher because no one would change the trash, and there was no where else to put their trash. The line was practically out the door because getting your food was so slow. Also there were only like a couple of people working. I was not happy with my last experience there.
Slowest service I have ever seen anyplace. Took 45 min to go through drive through. Will never stop to eat there again.
